DMV REQUIRES YOU TO HAVE ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE PRACTICING ON A TRUCK. (No worries, we help & guide you in the process)

You must have:

• Before you start lessons using the actual commercial truck, the DMV asks that you obtain a Commercial Learner’s Permit which gives you Permission to practice in a truck. Once you have the learners permit, you can practice the driving skills on the truck and book your Road test at the DMV to take the CDL road exam for the actual Commercial driver’s license. • You must have a current driver license
• You need to write, read and speak in English fluently according to the code FMCSR 391.11(b)(2).
• Be able to work legally in the USA. (https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/)
• You need to read, write and speak fluently English. per FMCSR 391.11(b)(2).
• DMV requires to obtain a (DOT) Department of Transportation Physical medical examination (https://www.transportation.gov/) conducted by a DOT listed doctor. An exam by a doctor not listed is not accepted by the DMV.
